The large lawn is also ideal for a picnic or for children to play. Villa Llobiner is a semi-detached house that borders a neighboring house. The pool and garden face the front with views of the mountains and therefore offer a very good level of privacy. The living room and dining room are spread over one floor and have plenty of seating and a table and chairs for 6 people. In addition, they have direct connection to the terrace and barbecue area in front of the garden and pool. On the opposite side of the entrance hall there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen.An impressive staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located.
