Villa Marina Nova is located between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, about 3 km from the latter. It is located in an environment surrounded by beautiful gardens that will delight lovers of the Mallorcan countryside.

It is a cozy semi-detached house with splendid views of the mountains that make up the Serra de Tramuntana.
