This charming country house has an extensive lawned garden and a large private pool. The pool overlooks the Tramontana Mountains, giving you your own private view of the hills. To one side of the pool is a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. There's also plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting. A long cobbled driveway, lined with flowering oleanders and olive trees, leads to the parking area at the front of Villa Martorellet. The split-level living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, as well as a small seating area. The kitchen has access to the rear terrace. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. These two upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace with views of the private pool, gardens, and mountains. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. Following local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled the air conditioning in all units from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Pollensa's old town is less than a 10-minute drive away, where you'll find a wide variety of traditional shops and restaurants. Several excellent beaches are also within easy reach of Villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
