Villa Son March, located just 7 kilometres from the centre of Pollensa, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and just 12.5 kilometres from the beach, which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful coasts of Mallorca. This modern villa is the perfect destination if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place for your holidays.



With a capacity for 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of these rooms, one is a double room with a private bathroom, while the other three are double rooms, one of which also has a private bathroom, which guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.



The private bathrooms in the master bedroom and in one of the twin rooms offer total privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom with a modern Italian shower is available for other guests.



The design of the villa is rustic with wooden beam ceilings, which gives it a traditional and warm touch. Just outside the property, there is a road that leads directly to the old town of Pollensa, which can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. From the villa's garden, panoramic views of trees and mountains can be enjoyed, making it a perfect refuge to relax.



The villa's doors open to a spacious furnished terrace that leads to a beautiful garden and a private pool, surrounded by rocky outcrops that border the extensive lawn. This is the ideal place to enjoy moments of rest and outdoor leisure.



Inside the villa, the living room offers a cosy atmosphere, equipped with two sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, making it a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can easily prepare your meals. In addition, the villa has a laundry room with a washing machine for greater convenience during your stay.



Outside, the villa has a terrace with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor dinners in the garden. The private pool is surrounded by a spacious solarium terrace with tables, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, making it the ideal place to relax in the sun.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
