Villa Xinito is a sweet, charming property, full of character and atmosphere, located in a quiet position near Pollensa. With capacity for 4 people in 2 air-conditioned rooms, Villa Xinito is the perfect option for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its spacious gardens with lawn, private pool and perfect location, Villa Xinito will not disappoint.



Inside, the villa is situated on a single floor. From the open living/dining room, with exposed beams, doors open to the impressive covered terrace, which provides access to the pool area, which in turn leads to a spacious lawn. A step forward leads to a double bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a complete bathroom for the whole family.



The spacious gardens (surprisingly large for a two-bedroom property) are planted with many fig trees, and the landscape beyond gives the villa a seductively calm atmosphere. Additionally, a roof terrace (accessed via a spiral staircase) offers a new opportunity to enjoy splendid views of the countryside and surroundings. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are available to guests.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Important information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
