The house is located in one of the most lovely and calm places of the Port of Pollença, the Llenaire neighbourhood, in the countryside, at less than 2Km (ca. 1.2 miles) from the beach. The surface of the house is 260m2 (about 2800 Sq.Ft.), with a large garden of 1000m2 (10700 Sq. Ft). The house has several terraces, private pool, and bbq. Up to eight adults can stay at the house, plus babies. It is equipped with all kind of comforts and amenities including air conditioning and heating, Internet (WIFI), Satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, two ovens (electric and firewood oven), and bbq.
