Beautiful holiday villa on the outskirts of Pollença, situated in a pleasant and peaceful area. There is a beautiful garden and a generously sized swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a lovely terrace with sun loungers. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden with dining area and barbecue.



The interior of the house is bright and spacious, with a pleasant mix of traditional Majorcan style and modern comfort. There is an open-plan living room with comfortable sofas, television and DVD player, dining room and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and very spacious. The washing machine is located in it.
