Loved the staff! They are what made my stay better! They went out of their way to serve and accomodate! Always with a smile! I did not like the smells that surround the hotel. Specially within 2:00am and 8:30am. Smells like sewage, specially if one stays in the areas closest to the river mouth. We had to ask for room change as the smell made it difficult to sleep.

The property was nice I will say that the beach is very dirty! I didn’t get into the water nor did I see anyone else in it. It was stray dogs running all over the property as well. Also you really have to look for good food. The resort had a daily parking fee which I felt was crazy being the cost of staying there. Lastly when dinning at resort beware of the birds they literally will come to the table and grab your food. It’s kind of annoying when you don’t want to be bothered. I will say the staff is very friendly the rooms are very nice and the pool. I believe they should do more activities for the resort so people don’t have to go far to have fun.

Our stay.....

Overall experience was very good. Air conditioning in our room was not working like it should compared to others in our party with different rooms. Dealers at casino had absolutely no personality and we were dicouraged from going back to the casino due to their attidude. Will stay elsewhere for our next visit.
