The room is freshly renovated, nice floor and bath, clean. Good coffee. The exterior and the surrounding is run-down and seedy, so is the city, a sign of economical decay. It is a small room with minimal furnishing. The bed sheet is paper-thin and not white, looks unappetizing. Very cheap blanket, squeaky cheap bed, making me feel not want to touch the bed. The 1queen bed room is grossly over-priced (>$200) due to short of supply in July, the peak tourism season. I definitely would avoid this place next time.

One should not be put off by outside appearances. Tastefully renovated old motel. Rooms are not so large but adequate. Comfortable bed. Has all the expected amenities. Noise is not an issue despite location.

This is an old 1960’s motel that the owners are trying to upgrade. They have done a nice job with the room that we stayed in, but it could definitely use a few additional improvements. The lamp by the bed does not provide adequate lighting and the only other light is a harsh ceiling light. The room is small so by the time you had a refrigerator microwave and chairs you can hardly turn around in the room. The new vanity in the bathroom is nice, but there’s no space for personal items and travelers need that space on bathroom countertop. The exterior of the building has been painted, but the signs are in terrible condition and look like they are originals from this 1960s. I don’t know where Expedia got the picture of the exterior but it’s definitely not what it looks like today.

Good stay at the Aircrest!

The Aircrest Motel is an older motel that has been tastefully upgraded. The room was comfortable and clean making our stay quite satisfactory. The staff at the motel were friendly and easy to work with. We would consider staying there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location in downtown. Great access to ferry and easy to get around to restaurants. Parking tight. Room pretty small (clean, neat but hard to get arpund with two big suitcases) light next to bed was like a night light after turning off and interfered with sleep as room was never entirely dark.

Pretty good spot to stay in Port Angeles if you need a place to stay, but do not care about comfort or fanciness. Pretty conveniently located next to Walgreens, coffee and dining option. The property is between to highway that bring noise, but convenient to drive around
