Our location is ideal, with a walkers paradise score of 99. Just blocks away from some of Portland's greatest attractions, including award-winning restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. We are committed to providing you with a warm and inviting environment that you will love.

Our spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Portland, Maine, is the perfect spot for guests to experience all the city has to offer. The apartment is located on the second and third floors of the building, with a unique loft space on the third floor containing a queen bed, providing guests with plenty of space to relax and unwind during their stay.

Our listing features a master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, along with high-quality sheets, duvets, and pillows, ensuring guests have a comfortable and restful night's sleep. In the bedroom off of the living room, we offer a comfortable queen-size bed with the same high-quality bedding. The loft bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, provides guests with a unique and cozy space to relax and unwind, with a queen-size bed and luxury bedding.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking, with everything guests need to prepare a delicious meal, including pots and pans, a gas stove and oven, and a toaster. Guests can enjoy their meal at our hand-made farmhouse-style table with bench seats, which can seat up to 8 people.

We also offer modern amenities for guests' entertainment, including a 55" Smart TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. A Graco Pack and Play is available for those with young children.

For coffee lovers, we provide a Mr. Coffee maker, French press, and Moka pot, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, and honey. Guests can also explore one of the many local coffee shops in Portland for a unique and delicious coffee experience.

Our bathroom features a washer and dryer, along with laundry soap, and we provide towels, hand towels, and washcloths for guests' convenience. Across the street from the apartment is a food co-op stocked with locally sourced produce, coffee, bread, and other provisions, providing guests with easy access to fresh and delicious ingredients.

Pre-approved small gatherings at the guest limit are okay, but NO PARTIES! Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. If you or any guest staying cause a disturbance during your stay, the police will be dispatched and everyone will be asked to leave with no refunds given.
