While my overall experience was okay, this is by far the most lacking four star hotel I've stayed in over the years and is not worth the $400+ a night price. Main issues-- 1) The queen mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock. 2) Room seemed dated and in need of updates-- cheap vinyl floor, poor sound proofing (can easily hear anything in adjacent rooms and hallway), dimly lit bathroom, shower door didn't close tight and leaked water on floor. 3) High parking cost ($40/night) and a hidden amenities fee of $35/day tacked onto the bill for access to snacks and coffee on each floor.

This property was pricey. I called beforehand to see if there was self parking and they said no but that was not true. My biggest complaint is that upon check-in, the woman said she wanted to give us a room upgrade, but ultimately was unsuccessful. She really made it seem like we were unfortunately being put in a crappy room.

The parking was easy and very secure. The attendants were the best! The room was exquisite, and the coffee, tea, pastry, etc bars on each floor were so nice. All seating areas and the restaurant offered everything we could want. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
