Overall I enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and clean but a little noisy being very closed to freeways. My husband liked the automatic pancake machine. I was a bit disappointed at the breakfast bar and thought it would have been better if potatoes were available along with eggs and sausages.

The only thing I can say is, it’s very hard to get the soap out of those pushy things and the shampoo smells like butt, but there the shampoo but other than that, it was a lovely stay. We had a wonderful time. Everybody was lovely.

We went out for the day came back. Someone had used our shower and been in our room. We told the front desk clerk he said I’ve had that happen one other time and there were long black hairs all in the shower and the sink. My wife has blonde hairand I have no hair. I told him. And the bathroom floor had water all over it. The shower had water on the walls and the glass. Someone had definitely taken a shower in the room since we’ve been gone I could not believe it. I could not believe it something like this is never happened. They definitely have a problem at this hotel. I was very disappointed. We stayed at true hotel the night before and it was fantastic. I couldn’t get a manager or anyone else to explain the front desk clerk said I’m the only one here. I don’t know what to tell you I said wow checked out the next day.

There was a Q-tip on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty Nobody ever came to clean the room. I had to go to the desk to get shampoo, conditioner and clean towels. The TV had about 50 channels but only about about 10 of them worked.

Did not like that a person staying at Hotel's Auto Alarm went off all night so guests could not sleep. Did not like that housekeeping did not come when they were suppose to and then when they did come only did half of the job. Did like handyman worker that tried to fix a shade that did not work correctly.

the staff was so unfriendly and when asking the staff a question they seemed bothered by me . the room was not the cleaniest and for the amount of money i spent i am not happy. also had to ask for towels cause the rooms get cleaned every other day and trying to get towels was not easy. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
