I called multiple times from the airport for the shuttle - no answer or call back. Had to take a cab and I asked them to reimburse me. The manager spent 15 mins telling me how this could not happen. Awful service.

Overall a good value. Clean and comfortable. The elevator broke down and was fixed fairly quickly. The biggest retraction from my stay was a lack of parking. The lot is very large but it’s shared with another hotel and they allow long term airport parking which can limit the spaces available.

I really like the Tru by Hilton hotels, they are fresh, new and absolutely clean, and this one was no exception. The breakfast was ok, good, the rest was excellent. I love the varied seating and sound booth seat for phone calls. It is really a fun place to stay!
