We stayed in the Castle View Prestige suite. The room was spacious and the sofa bed on the lower level was a good size and a double bed on the upper level. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect with the Old Town just 8 mins walk and Charles Bridge less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The receptionist, the restaurant staff. I suggest that all rooms should be equipped with the following. Iron and ironing board, body moisturising lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The housekeeping lady on day 2 of our stay wanted to clean the room, we asked if she could come back half an hour later, but she just said no.

Excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very informative, explaining the hotel’s facilities in detail and even providing me with a guide for sightseeing. Honestly, in most hotels I’ve stayed at, this level of attention is not very common. The treatment was exceptional and very warm.

We had a suite with two separate bedrooms and it the rooms were all clean, neat and of course had chandeliers. Breakfast was above the norm and very well attended by the guests. The location is about one block from the very famous ( and very busy) Charles Bridge. Many restaurants are within a five to ten minute walk as is the location for the Hop On-- Hop Off bus. Front staff were very helpful. As for a room with an exterior view.

This hotel is ok. It is well located and clean, and the breakfast was decent. However, we were disappointed that there was no bar (despite it being listed as an amenity on Expedia) - we like an hour with a book in a hotel bar after a day walking around. Also no restaurant. We thought that the bedroom was very hot (in December), even with the room heating switched off, so we slept with the window open, which was a bit noisy at times.

The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The only issue was the noise from the nightclub across the street. The yelling and honking until 5 am was hard to sleep through. Perhaps having a room that didn’t overlook the river would have been quieter.
