The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful in assisting us with tracking down our luggage that didn’t come with us on our flight … well beyond basic assistance! Also, the Turkish restaurant just across the street has great food … Yummy!

From arriving the staff were super friendly and welcoming with a glass of bubbles provided. The complimentary snacks were great and the hotel was gorgeous. Super quiet when in the rooms which were extremely spacious. Gorgeous modern bathroom.

I booked two rooms for three adults. Surprisingly, I got two accessible rooms. These rooms should be guaranteed or reserved for those who really need them. Also, there was no shower gel in my bathroom. I called the front desk but never received it.

We had such a lovely stay at aurea. I would say the room and facilities of the hotel didn’t quite compare to another Eurostars hotel we stayed in whilst on our travels but only due to room size and the facilities within the room I.e TV and plug sockets. But these are only very minimal concerns, the hotel is in the perfect location and providing you don’t spend lots of time in the room it’s wonderful.
