Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing staff. And if you knew me and the type of person I am, I don't give out compliments lightly. The location in the city couldn't have been more centrally located, the room was spotless and nice and quiet. Definitely worth staying here.

Avoid at All Costs due to war in my country, all flights are grounded and I am physically unable to leave. I tried contacting them through Hotels.com and directly,before my reservation date,with clear documentation and a simple request: show basic human decency and waive the penalty under these extreme, uncontrollable circumstances. I even offered partial penalty. Their response? Tio bad They refused to refund even a single cent. No empathy. No flexibility. Just cold, greedy opportunism. Shameful. Inhuman.

Great location for walking to the town square and the palace. Large shopping mall 300m away. Hotel incredibly clean, buffet breakfast had lots of choice, staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent, no need to use public transport anywhere, all can be done by walking. Property is in city centre, close to main attractions.The breakfast was excellent and the room spacious and quiet. We loved our stay at the hotel. Underground station also 5 minutes walk from hotel, handy if travelling to/from airport.
