Our second stay at this Hotel. It’s a very central location near to the Prague Powder tower and Old town. Quiet at night Perfect for taking in all the sights without walking too far. Great Breakfast selection Staff all really helpful. We will definitely stay here again .

Convenient to old town, large rooms, good breakfast buffet. Restaurant choices for other meals is small. Tub sides are very high with no handrail, definitely a safety hazard getting in and out. Staff is helpful. Has a little refrigerator which is nice for Europe. AC works well.

Solid hotel but nothing special

The location and room comfort was good. The street seemed quiet and the amenities were fine. The breakfast was mediocre and the front desk staff was not the friendliest. If I travel to Prague again I would probably look for a different place to stay as this was overall underwhelming.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing staff. And if you knew me and the type of person I am, I don't give out compliments lightly. The location in the city couldn't have been more centrally located, the room was spotless and nice and quiet. Definitely worth staying here.

Avoid at All Costs due to war in my country, all flights are grounded and I am physically unable to leave. I tried contacting them through Hotels.com and directly,before my reservation date,with clear documentation and a simple request: show basic human decency and waive the penalty under these extreme, uncontrollable circumstances. I even offered partial penalty. Their response? Tio bad They refused to refund even a single cent. No empathy. No flexibility. Just cold, greedy opportunism. Shameful. Inhuman.
