Hotel Liliova was an excellent choice for our stay in Prague. The location couldn’t be better—everything is walkable, including Charles Bridge, Café Louvre, and the Old Town Clock. We loved being able to explore the city on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t told that the elevators didn’t go to our floor. We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our room and the hotel did not provide assistance. But room was comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. They lent us an electricity converter when we discovered we brought the wrong one. The location was good - in Old Town but far enough off the busiest streets so quiet enough to sleep,

The pillows were ancient and lumpy, the bed rock hard, the linens were low quality and scratchy, the hotel needs a facelift, with a musty smell in the common areas. Your room isn’t really cleaned (not even the bathroom) during a longer stay. The soap is basically institution-like liquid so bring your own toiletries. The location is great but there are far more comfortable accommodations, especially for the price that I paid. Not worth it. Also instead of key cards, it’s physically keys and you can hear ppl attempting to lock and unlock their doors all hours of the night. The room fridge was also gross.

Mattresses were horrible, no spring no give, really hurt my back and hips, didn’t sleep well at all. Pillows were huge but formless and unsupportive. Odd sewage smell. A/C didn’t work, room was hot and stuffy in November. Would be awful in summer. It gets points for helpful front desk staff, great location, old worldy decor with real paintings paintings by Czech artists. Breakfast was nothing special but convenient when there’s somewhere to be early. Had a fridge which was nice. No kettle or complimentary instant coffee or tea bags or anything. It’s squarely a 2 star hotel but I gave this stay a 3 despite terrible sleep on terrible mattress. If it was summer and room was boiling it’d have been lower. Our room was clean. It needs updating and servicing. If you have money to spare, stay somewhere else. If you’re on a budget, it might be fine, it might not.

Dirty…! The room was not what you expect of a four star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were very old and stained and in parts dirty. The shower room was dirty and mouldy around the very small shower inside and out. The safe did not work and you could unlock it putting 6 6s!!! I don’t know how this hotel gets 4 stars as it has no restaurant or bar even though it advertises one. Breakfast is a joke and staff are only on site till 9pm The room opposite to ours has a major water leak with water pouring through the ceiling. The other guest could not contact anyone… i wonder what would happen if there was a fire… The only good thing about this place is the location… but that has drawbacks as it can be quite noisy till the early hours

Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and Petr at check in was super! The parking sucks but my guess it is the same all over Praha. 10 min walk to the opera for parking. Superior location to everything you want. I will stay here again.8

Great hotel in a wonderful location, just a few blocks from the Charles bridge, near public transportation and a short walk to the clock. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just okay, but would definitely stay there again.

Great central location. There is an elevator but you also are still taking stairs to your room and then stairs up and down to breakfast so not for anyone with mobility issues. One thin pillow and a hard mattress. Has its pluses for sure.
