Clean, comfortable and quiet with fridge and kettle in the room. Staff were all polite and cheerful. The location is terrific for walking throughout the city centre, just 10 minutes from the train station where you can also get the Airport express bus. Would stay again!

Lovely room, it was immaculate and quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Lovely little bar area in the hotel lobby. Probably enjoyed the mulled wine on offer at the reception a bit too much - a nice touch when you're there visiting the Christmas markets :)

Room feels neglected but not unsafe. Carpeted areas within the room and hallways etc are dated and stained. Just feels like a really grimey and overall unpleasant place to be. Couldn't wait to get out.
