We had a great time - the location was fantastic and we were most impressed with the swimming pool facilities. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice gym and pool. Great location where you can literally walk everywhere. Didn't like how the toilet and shower/sink are separated in the rooms. Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang up all the towels and clothing. And the blanket provided for the sofa bed is too small... Also, rooms are very hot.

The room was good, great condition, but i found it to be too dim for me and the bathrooms despite being spotless, had a funky smell. Maybe a room freshner could help a bit. The staff wer courteous, friendly and very helpful.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was ready on arrival at 11am, for which we are grateful. Hotel was in a good location. Near to shops, restaurants, transport links and main square. Air conditioning wasn’t good. Room was always hot even when we left the aircon on. Had to ask for a fan. Room was clean. Services/amenities were good.

Great Prague Experience

Walking location to Prague old town. Hotel located in busy area if you are driving your own car, parking cost is quiet high compared to other hotels which we had during our road trip. In general it was a good choice for our stay

Great service from all staff. Kate and Sandra were very understanding at the reception. They made sure we are well settled in at the arrival and made sure we were given rooms to our liking and likewise at the point of checkout, extra time was provided. Makes the logistics smooth overall. All ladies work hard while serving breakfast, though a little more variety can be introduced so that it doesn’t get boring. Minor Improvements to the lift services can be introduced, as one of them kept breaking down, which hotel management was trying to get fixed. Apart from some minor issues, Wonderful stay and really enjoyed the sauna, jakuzi and swimming pool facilities.
