With 45 m² of living space and a spacious, covered terrace of 20 m² with sea view, you can enjoy peace and comfort in the midst of an idyllic olive grove.

The apartment has two cosy bedrooms: a double room and a twin room - ideal for families or groups. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.



The open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. Here you will also find a dining table for 5 people and digital entertainment via TV.



For your well-being, air conditioning and heating are provided, and free WiFi is available to you. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.
