Booking site had breakfast time wrong, therefore we were denied breakfast after arriving 10mins after they actually closed it. No blankets or pillows provided for pull out sofa bed. Pool was nice. Place was quiet. Overall just an ok stay.

Rooms were nice and clean! The staff was excellent, we had a big group of wrestlers that we needed to feed and they let us use there space next to lobby. They were really accommodating and gave us everything we needed!

The shower was an issue: 1. Shower head is 7’ above shower floor. Unreachable by folks under 5’8” 2. Shower wall is fixed (immovable solid glass) 3. Shower valve is single handle, and due to the unreachable shower head and the fixed shower wall, one must stand in the full cold shower spray in order to adjust temperature

My wife and I stayed two nights here just before New Year’s. We found the place to be centrally located to Flagstaff, Sedona, and Prescott. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and accommodating. Inder, one of the Managers, was extremely friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, I left a sweater there, upon contacting her, she checked, found the lost sweater and ensured I got it back. I don’t think she realizes how meaningful the sweater was to me or her incredible act of kindness getting it back to me. We will definitely stay there again! This time, I’ll leave the sweater that’s so sentimental to me at home! Highly recommend this hotel.

The hot tub was luke warm the first night. We notified the front desk. The next night the hot tub was possibly 1-2 degrees warmer BUT not anywhere near hot. Our door key was only programmed for a one night stay. We had to go to the front desk and have the keys reprogrammed for our remaining nights. The toilet paper was TERRIBLE! My husband even commented on its worthlessness! The breakfast was satisfactory, but a variety of hot teas would be nice. Lipton was all that was available. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, and pillows. The fitness room did not have 5 or 8 pound dumbbells which was a disappointment.
