Overall the stay here was very pleasant. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, balcony with outside area, kids enjoyed it. Had an issue with water not flushing in toilet but they came and fixed it immediately with no further issues. Breakfast was decent typical hotel breakfast, enjoyed their coffee multi drink machine, staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Liked how clean everything is. Breakfast started kinda late at 7-10. The courtyard had no curfew and because it was a nice night , people were out at the tables gathering and being loud past 11pm. Kinda hard to sleep with the echo and the room facing the courtyard. Would’ve been better with the highway .

Needs work.

We were not able to sleep due to an extremely noisy air conditioner that rattled loudly each time it came on. Also the queen bed rattled each time we got out of bed. The hallway carpet was very dirty and stained and should be replaced.

Prescott

The Hotel was great, except the room refrigerator kept making noise all night. I had unplugged it, in order to sleep. We reported to the front desk the day before we left. The said they were going to perform a maintenance check. Overall, we were satisfied with the location and the service received. Oh, by the way they charge for the pets. When booked thru Hotels.com I taught Pets were free of charge... I guess I will have to carefully checked next time.

The hotel was very clean, and that was a big plus, because on the down side, it was visibly old, and is well overdue for a remodel. Also, the noise carried excessively, making sleep illusive.

I stayed with my sister and we had a second floor room with a balcony! The pool was big and heated. I also liked the pub they had there so I didn't have to drive and get food when I was settled in. I would definitely stay here again!
