The room was gross. Our first room had hairs and management kindly moved us to another room. This room also had hairs array….. the sheets looked unwashed. (We bring/use our own linens when traveling no use complaining). There was no ice anywhere In the building. There were NO towels available at one point. For the pool… or for our rooms. We had to drip dry and management didn’t even apologize.

The breakfast was the same everyday of my stay, but everything was good. The persons was very friendly and kind. I actually dosent have nothing bad to say about my stay in this hotel. If I have to stay in the state again I will choose this hotel again.

The whole stay was less comfort and more make do. Toilet was clogged for 48 hours despite multiple reports to the front desk and the room being empty for them to deal with the issue for more than 12 hours on 2 successive days. No maid service at all (I was understanding that it might not happen on Christmas Day, but the room was not serviced by housekeeping over the entirety of a 5 night stay). Hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, and it even started seeping into my room at times. EXTREMELY loud neighbors blasting heavy bass music through the entire night. Never dared to try the breakfast. On checkout, the front desk worker couldn’t even be bothered to come to the actual desk, and just yelled “leave the keys on the desk” from somewhere behind a wall.

One comforter was dirty and we didn’t have a remote for our tv. We went to the front desk and they gave us a new blanket (not comforter) and remote. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in the shower.
