I was woken up at 1am in the morning with someone attempting to enter my room, I banged the door and they went away, I called the front desk and they informed me that they had tried to assign someone else into my same room and told me I was in the wrong room due to an error in their systems, despite the fact that they checked me into this room, who cares they could have fixed this earlier and they could clearly see at 1am I was already in the room and this front desk person had the audacity to ask me if I could move rooms I declined, it seemed all rather suspicious to me, so no I will not be staying at your hotel chain again.

This hotel was 10 out of 10 for us. We were traveling 12+ hours with a 6 month old and absolutely exhausted by the time we made it to check in but the front desk girl was so kind, cheerful, and helpful. The hotel was incredibly clean and smelled fantastic, our room was spacious and clean as well. Breakfast was 5 stars for options, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness.

It's hard to recommend a hotel when there is no hot water available. No hot water at the sink and only running the shower for 20 minutes moved the temperature from ice cold to semi-cold. I complained to the front desk, and asked them to check into it, Apparently, it was ignored. The second day I was there it was the same. A friend who also stayed on a different floor had the same experience. For what you pay, you should at least get hot water. The milk was also spoiled for breakfast. Because of no hot water, and no response, or follow-up, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't need warm/hot water for anything.

Traveling alone with a toddler…..check in was quick and the guy was friendly. Went up to the second floor to a room at the very end of the hallway. Door was propped open and clearly not clean. Go all the way back down to the front desk and get a new room and I had requested that it be close to the elevator (I’m exhausted after traveling all day). Got new room keys and it’s right by the elevator. Open the door and that room has clearly not been cleaned either. At this point I’m irritated and wondering if it’s even safe to stay here because he’s just giving me keys to random rooms that clearly are still being used or haven’t been cleaned. Front desk guy brings me up new keys and walks us to our new room….finally a clean room. Do better Marriott!

Shower took 10min to warm up hot water. Shower toggle wouldn't stay up - water kept flowing for bath even though I wanted water from the shower. Ran out of breakfast food 30min before the end of breakfast. Furniture in breakfast area is very worn. Multiple instances of side door being propped open even though it was supposed to be closed and locked (per the sign). Staff was friendly but condition of the facilities just wasn't great.

Floor in room was sticky in spots. I usually take off shoes but kept them on. The shower had great pressure but got the floor wet. Could not adjust shower head. Staff were great and breakfast was good.
