I was shocked to learn that Hyatt no longer includes breakfast. To have an employee sitting at a podium charging an $8.00 add on was offensive. The money spent on the employee would easily offset additional revenue gained by nickle and dining your guests. There are other options to stay I will be moving my business to those brands.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Has a frosted glass door to the bathroom which makes it hard with a family because the light bleeds into the rest of the room.

Several people had to beg to open pool after the storm passed. Staff finally opened but followed with a snarky comment. Never replenished the towels from 7-11pm. Floors were sopping wet from people coming and going to pool. Outdoor dining area was not cleaned after last patrons- dirty tables, dishes and glasses. Of the 2 front desk people, only 1 actually worked. The other stood there. This was throughout the night, 5p-12a. Location is great! When open the pool and hot tub are nice, but dirty due to being outside.

The outdoor pool was closed on my first night with a sign stating it would be open the second day. It was not. No notice was posted at online registration regarding this. Rate was not adjusted for the lack of this amenity. The manager on check out was very helpful and kind. Issued points for.the inconvenience.

The hotel is clean and in a walkable location. Parking available. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, large, and we liked the couch. Something was wrong with the bathroom door and it didn’t close correctly. Also no privacy because it is a slider. The entry into the room was weirdly long and dark with a random table in it. They could fix the ambiance there to make it more light and welcoming.

This hotel does NOT have free parking. After booking it, I received a separate email from the hotel notifying me about the $10 parking fee for using their garage in downtown. Other than this, the hotel is as expected. It's clean and walking distance to many restaurants.

Our flights into Provo were canceled by the airline 4 days prior to our stay. The hotel refused to cancel our reservation. It was out of our control and mutilple days in advance. Just seems very greedy in our opinion. There were other hotels and travel inconveniences that we dealt with throughout this canceled trip. Everyone else was very understanding and helpful when we needed to cancel reservations and stays. Those inculded best western and hilton. Probably will never attempt to stay a a Hyatt again for this reason.
