It is one of those few apartments with direct access to the beach and the promenade, without having to cross streets, overpasses or roads. Not only will you be able to see the sea, but you will be able to hear the murmur of the waves and feel the aroma of the sea breeze. Located on the second floor with elevator, elegantly furnished, well cared for and renovated 5 years ago. It is comfortable and very bright, sunny and warm in winter and cool in summer; with windows, balcony and covered terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.
