The amstar service for booking trips was easy and amazing and we did our excursions planning day by day for the next day. The staff is IMPRESSIVE, everyone there speaks 6+ languages and I can’t speak anything other than my native language. The staff is kind, nice, hospitable. Francis, one of the entertainers was AMAZING. We would seek him out for fun, dancing, chatting. All of it. We had a great time and it isn’t just the property but the people are genuinely kind.

This a spectacular high end resort beautifully kept and run. impeccable service, delightful staff eager to help and please, excellent care of all aspects of the property... the only one thing is that a river runs into the gorgeous large bay that Bahia Principe sits on which makes the water opaque nit the usual turquoise transparency one expects in the Caribbean... its clean and warm...but not clear! My stay was lovely regardless..a wonderful luxurious holiday !

My family and I loved staying at this property. The service here was remarkable. They really work hard for you to make sure you have the best experience. Although its an all inclusive resort, my comments go on behalf of the staff. TIP them accordingly. They really deserve that appreciation from all of us.

The entertainment group was exceptional always engaging. The room spa was not cleaned on arrival, the TV was inoperable the room was muggy and AC could not keep up demand. The service personnel immediately took action to rectify the issue and was resolved. I had a reservation with two restaurants, the Brazilian and the Italian with Lobster for my Birthday. The Brazilian made me sick the food sides were cold. The meats were OK and waited with the card Green and was ignored so I got up went to the regular restaurant that was exceptional as always. My birthday dinner was ok the food was at best a 2.5 star not Italian as expected. The caprisi salad was not the correct cheese or sauce. the minestrone soup was watered down. Overall the star rating of the hotel is a 3.5 star because of the construction and the inconsistencies upon arrival. The staff response was immediate. My best experience that made the trip enjoyable was the entertainment group allowed the stressors to be mitigated. Thanks for the experience

Personal effort is made in the presentation of the food, drinks and desserts.
Each restaurant had their own Signature Drinks. This one was our favorite.
Beautiful landscape throughout property.
Sights at night. Full moon vistas were beautiful with the clear open night skies.
