Nuestra estadía en el resort fue absolutamente increíble gracias a cuatro personas que hicieron toda la diferencia: Vickiana, Juan Bernardo Ortiz, y Omar y Daysi del bar de la piscina. 🌟 Desde el primer momento nos atendieron con una calidez y alegría que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Omar y Daysi en el bar de la piscina siempre tenían la mejor energía, un trato espectacular y unas bebidas deliciosas que alegraban cada día. Vickiana y Juan Bernardo, con su atención impecable y dedicación, hicieron que cada detalle de nuestra estadía fuera perfecto. 🙌 Sin duda, ellos son la razón por la cual volvería al resort. Personas como ellos realmente elevan la experiencia y merecen todo el reconocimiento. 💖 En cuanto al resort en general, la comida no fue la mejor en todo momento pero sí estuvo buena, las bebidas fueron increíbles 🍹 y aunque las habitaciones tienen pequeños detalles por mejorar, fueron cosas que fácilmente pasé por alto gracias al excelente servicio recibido.

Mayquel my butler was fantastic. Jonathan the bartender in the main lobby was great. The whole staff was amazing very helpful, spoke, friendly. I thought this resort was going be like the one in Cancun but it’s a difference. The food nothing special taste like resort food but I didn’t go to the steakhouse( heard it was good from other guests) but overall it was a good time

The stay at the hotel was good overall; however, there are a few things that I wasn’t expecting from a 5-star hotel. I understand the hotel is older and in a tropical climate, but it is starting to need some work. Some of the walls, furniture and mattresses could use some improvement. Also, I saw a cockroach at the buffet and others around in the hallways. There is a difference between the earth cuckroach and the “domestic” ones; these were domestic. The best part of the experience was the coffee shop. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I loved this place and the service. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and willing to help. The theme restaurants were also good.

Perfect family getaway—great shows, good food, and poolside rooms with upgraded comfort. Service was excellent from the host Montero, servers Alejandro (beach lunch area), Maria (cafe/show area) and many more…they went the extra mail to always accommodate us! Overall shows were fun!

We liked the quiet atmosphere. The ambiance and adult environment. We loved the close access we had to the beach and several pools. The walk was a bit much to get to the main lobby but, the hotel is HUGE. However, we were accommodated when needed to get to where we needed to go. Montero was our host. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He didn't skip a beat. He made sure we had everything and then some. From the time he stepped onto the resort until his shift ended , he made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond and treated us like family. We were very lucky to have him guiding us. He made our stay beyond pleasant.
