We enjoy coming to hotel and we are planning to continue to book future trips here. The one thing I didn't like is he staff at the Tiki bar and the fitness center. It has not been the first time it is repetitive situation. The Tiki bar staff feels like they are forced to work there, and they are the customer, and you have to beg for their attention. The Fitness center staff, they are just there and aren't welcoming at all,

The property is gorgeous and the staff was absolutely amazing. Juan our butler was always checking in with us and sent us the daily schedule for any events going on. He made sure our room was decorated for my husbands birthday. I will definitely be visiting again.

We recently stayed at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana after a great experience at the Majestic in Costa Mujeres, but unfortunately this one didn’t live up to expectations. Service overall was good — most of the staff were kind, welcoming, and truly tried their best to make guests happy. However, the hotel itself needs serious attention and better management. Some areas look worn out, repairs seem poorly done, and parts of the property feel outdated. The food was the biggest disappointment. There was very little variety — breakfast and lunch were practically the same every day — and the quality of ingredients and preparation was inconsistent. Some dishes were simply not well cooked, and international options often missed the mark. It’s a shame because the staff work hard and deserve better leadership. Management really needs to step up, especially for a resort marketed as a luxurious experience. At this point, we honestly cannot recommend this hotel to others. Majestic has two other properties that are supposed to be less expensive and less high-end, but after this stay, I wonder if those might actually offer a better overall experience.

Beautiful, friendly resort

The Majestic Mirage is a beautiful resort. All of the staff that we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Our butler, Lisandro, was very attentive and checked in with us daily to make sure our needs were met. He found us wherever we were, whether it was at the pool or the beach, just to ask how we were doing. One evening after returning from dinner, we found water on the floor coming from the sink. The maintenance person quickly responded, as well as a housekeeper that thoroughly cleaned up the mess - even moving the bed to make sure the water was completely dried up. The “animation” staff was so friendly and were able to get my somewhat shy daughters to participate in Spanish lessons, jewelry making, and a mini disco party. The bartenders were very attentive and made delicious drinks. We were disappointed with the food, unfortunately. The food at the buffets was either over cooked, dry, or stale. The hibachi was ok. The Italian restaurant did serve very good food. We loved the view of the pool from our room balcony. We loved the easy access of the beach from our room. We were there in the off-season so our experience will be different than being there at a busy time. But the resort felt not very crowded at all. The beach was beautiful, and we often times had about 50 ft of beach to ourselves. Overall we had a great experience at this Majestic resort.

Our stay at the Majestic Mirage for our 41st Anniversary was more than perfect! The resort and the room were both equally beautiful! Our butler Bolivar did go above and beyond by decorating our room beautifully for our anniversary. He also made sure to check in daily and to address any of our needs. If we needed anything, we just reached out and he made it happen.😊 The food in most of the restaurants was actually really good. The only issue I had is that sometimes the food could have been a little hotter. (Especially room service) The entertainment staff were all phenomenal! Definitely professionals that entertained us nightly! The pools and the beach areas were always kept spotless! The staff at this resort, definitely work really hard and deserve to be paid well. Could I pick on a few small things I noticed during my stay, sure I could. But when I look back on the beautiful week I had I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and I would most definitely stay here again.

Clean spacious rooms, great dining options and plenty too choose from.. great food at steak house and seaside swim up bar was great Charlie , Louis , great bar tenders , vip lounge areas great for snacks , breakfast room service was very good… pool was great…great staff from Luis restaurant manager to Fernando our butler, all the waiters and waitresses work very hard
