First night around midnight the people staying below us were very noisy. The night attendant at the front desk refused to ask them to quiet down, forcing us to pay for a 2nd room to move to. Reported this to hotel manager the next day, who said she would have a conversation with the desk attendant to see what happened. She said she would send me an email with her response to the situation. It is now 5 days later and haven’t heard from her. Also found a dead bug in my bed, along with some larvae. This place is disgusting, and the attempt to make our stay any more pleasant was non-existent. We will NEVER stay here or any other Ascend property again. Thanks for nothing, your hotel is a dump and your customer service sucks.

The hotel was located in a great location, the staff are great. I would give a perfect 5 if it wasnt for the road constructions where it blocked off half of the paths and i have to make multiple detours to get to and from.

They didn't have housekeeping unless you requested. Even though I requested housekeeping on my third morning, the toilet, floor, and trash didn't get cleaned. Other than that, the staff was friendly and great, the parking was convenient, and the breakfast was good. The air conditioning was kind of noisy though.

For this specific visit, I was placed on a floor that required me to use stairs. This was inconvenient as I had a big cooler and suitcase on the trolley that couldn't access the room. They sent someone to help me which was good. I would ask for floors 4 through 6 next time. The other issue is that breakfast was cold this time round, which was disappointing. And air conditioning loud.

Hotel was clean, but the hallways were noisy at night and early morning. Construction outside also was extremely inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was pretty gross.
