The setting of the breakfast room (overlooking the marina) is lovely early in the morning. There is an extra fee and it is a standard buffet, but service was prompt and the atmosphere was pleasant and convenient. Hotel was much cleaner than the last time I stayed there and is undergoing some remodeling. I love that there are only three floors and that staircases are pleasant and readily available. Also nice to be able to step outside and walk along Lake Michigan, or up to Racine’s Main Street where there are a few restaurants, etc.

Although I didn’t get the room I originally booked (room with a marina view) due to issues with the room the staff did everything to make up for the inconvenience. Loved the hotel and the room I did get was spacious and comfortable. I would book here again.

Disappointed.

The staff was okay but the neighboring room decided to smoke pot so it wreaked the whole night. We brought our 4 year old and were awoken at 9:30 by a firework display. A heads up on that would have been nice. There was stuff under the bed skirt like they didn't clean it. The breakfast staff wasn't very helpful and the food was not very good.

Mostly fine

Great location. Great restaurant in hotel. Good breakfast restaurants nearby. Some maintenance issues. Door to room didn't close or open easily. Bed frame must of been broken and repaired, because studs were sticking out which I hit and hurt my ankle on. Room had a bad smell. I think the carpet needed cleaning. AC needs a deflector as it blew directly on me and I ended up with a cold!
