Noisy building

AC unit made a roaring noise all night long. Adjusted thermostat, no change. Roar sounded like a motorcycle under my (6th floor) window, started loud and quieted down after a few minutes. Silent for 10 minutes or so and would start all over again. 8am, entire hotel started vibrating, as if a helicopter was hovering just above the building. It lasted for a couple minutes then stopped. I assume it was an HVAC issue. Neither of the noises were troubling enough to contact the front desk…but I certainly won’t stay here again.

When I arrived to the property I was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile. It was clean and the air smelled fresh. Our room was great. We did do some cleaning after finding several stray hairs in the bathroom, shower, and on the bedding. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.
