Nice, clean, close to shops

Located in a nice area. Close to businesses and a small park area. Expected a better bar/lounge area for such a nice hotel. Also, you could hear every conversation from people walking in hallway. Room was large with full mini kitchen.

Hi-five for Hyatt House North Hills

The Hyatt House at North Hills offered a great day with excellent customer service. I was warmly welcome by Cameron at guest services with a pleasant smile and recreational suggestions in the area for a great weekend. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling with ample seating space. Check in and check out was done with ease. I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit in the Raleigh area. It is centrally located to many restaurants and local activities.

Staff of wonderful… appliances didn’t work like the coffee maker in the room and didn’t have pans. Dislike: it takes several minutes for the hot water to kick on. Absolutely horrible! But other than the water, everything is Lovely.

The parking is hectic when everyone is out dining and shopping but its free and that is what is important to me. Front desk guy was really nice. Room was clean but started to show common wear and tear.
