Room was clean enough, but very small. Hotel was noisy due to being under flight path of flights landing at RDU airport. Mattress was unsupportive and not comfortable and noise from people walking around at night above us made it hard to sleep. See photo below for the condition of the bathmat towel! The rating for Microtel on the Hotels.com website was overly inflated; price was good but not worth the discomfort. We won't stay there again.

This is not the cleanest of hotels and hotel rooms but it’s not dirty. It’s adequate so it’s a good place to stay for cheap if you’re flying out the next morning. Free shuttle to the airport.
