I have traveled the world over and have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. I would leave no stars if the app would let me. This place was horrible. Staff sucked, room dirty, bathroom dirty, druggies staying in the room next to us and above us; they were up all night. This is not a place to stay if on vacation, it’s a place to go if there’s no where else to go in your life.

Not a review for the hotel, they were very nice and thanked me for canceling. This is a review for Hotels.com which I booked through. Unfortunately I had to cancel and tried to call Hotels.com many times with no luck and a 30 minute wait, I never got through but will try again. I called the hotel and told them I had to cancel and they were very nice about it but said I needed to contact Hotels.com for a refund which I understand but have not been able to talk with anyone, I will keep on trying.

Clean rooms, we stayed at family room that had 2 rooms with a huge comfortable bunk bed ( queen over queen) and king bed. Very neat and comfortable bedding, microwave and fridge in a room. All bathroom necessities provided. I was very pleasantly surprised and kids were asking to stay longer.

This was a good stay. The room was simple, the bed was clean, but the floor was dirty, and the room smelled like cigarettes. I was able to add some essential oils, and the smell went away. The furniture was scratched and sticky. The shower had no hot water at night; it was barely warm, but in the morning, it was better. Overall, it was a good stay for the money. I would stay there again.

The room was ok, but terribly small. No turn-down service and no one came in to empty trash, refresh the towels, or resupply toilet paper. For a 4-day stay this is unacceptable. The tv stopped working and the inn did not know how to fix it. After claiming they would get help, they left and never returned to solve the problem. I waited 1.5 hours for them to return, walked up to the front desk to inquire what happened and the office was closed for the night. Three more days into my stay and still no tv—didn’t even offer to discount the room. I felt ripped off! I’ll never stay there again!!

The cable box was dangling from tv. The door needed adjustment. It looked like it would not lock. All the tables had marks like they been through war. You could not ise the closet because there was no bar to hang your clothes. The closet had broken panels. For a minute i thought is was a tijuana motel.
