We love staying at these hotels across the country. Went to check in, two staff were at the front counter, one on the phone the other was standing by the other monitor. It took over 5 minutes for the free staff member to even address my presence. Asked about interesting restaurants, answers were short and abrupt. The bed skirt had dried blood stains on it. Breakfast was mediocre.

The young lady at the desk was very friendly and efficient! She got me checked in and on my way to my room in no time! Shortly after I got to my room, someone knocked on my door, and when I answered it, the front desk person was there, bringing me my Stanley cup that I had left at the desk! I was very thankful! Hotel is clean and my room is very nice!
