I liked everything except the ventilation system. The ventilation in the bathroom was inadequate, and the ventilation in the bedroom was noisy. The room and the bathroom were clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakast room was clean with lots of nice choices for breakfast.

Elevator noise - but great otherwise.

Our family visited Rapid City during the Black Hills Stockshow. The motel was nice, had plenty of parking. Check in went smoothly, and we had plenty of clean towels. The only thing we did not like was the location of our rooms. They were right next to the elevator, so we heard the motor nonstop. Other than that, it was clean, decent breakfast (could have been more to choose from), and would select this location again.

One worry

We had a good stay despite the bullet we found on the floor by the bed which made me believe the room wasn’t cleaned good. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was big. The pool was just right for my babies.
