Free parking but limited spaces. We had to go up 10 floors in the parking garage. Self check in was quick but only 2 elevators were working so there is always a wait. We had to carry our bags down 6 flights of stairs when we arrived. Room was clean carpet in halls smells like smoke.

Kiosk check was challenging ~ with at least 50% of the users I observed needing employee intervention. I needed assistance on one of two checks that I participated in. My room was clean, but it took over 1 hour to get Kleenex ~ the box at check in was empty. The carpet in the hallway (9th floor) stunk! I personally thought that it smelled like yrine

The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but i guess that's more of a personal preference. The rooms stay quite, you can't really hear the commotion beyond your own door. Room was clean and had a small fridge and a microwave. Check in process is always a bit crazy but i really enjoyed the self checkin process and highly recommend bypassing the wait.
