Front desk was wonderful. Bellhop was outright rude to us, then asked for a tip. When we said we didn’t have cash, he asked us to cash app him! The $25 early check in charge is ridiculous. It feels like a shake down here. The shower has visibly mold in the caulking around the shower. The bedding was a false advertisement! Super thin, blankets, bed was so uncomfortable. I had to stay here for a wedding party I was attending, all the guests were here. In the future I would never stay here again.

We were in the last room on the floor. The hot tub was weird, you couldn’t see the tv from the tub and the carpet is right outside the tub so you have to be careful getting in and out. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The room condition was good, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our hot water and they remedied it immediately. Would have been nice to have a spot of the casino that was non-smoking. There was hardly any gluten free options which was surprising considering the amount of restaurants the hotel has. Really disappointed with that.

Coffee pot didn’t work unless you stand and hold it closed. Toilet ran all night.. let them know, toilet was fixed. Elevators sucked! Only one working most of the time. Had to wait forever or grab an elevator going the opposite direction and just go for the ride!
