Elevators ruined stay

The elevators were awful! Not working for much of my stay. When they did work, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get on a fully packed elevator. I even had to use the staff service service elevator at times. The Silver Legacy is a very large hotel that is owned by Caesars. They should have done better. Fix or replace the elevators. I don’t plan to return any time soon.

I’m sure I won’t be the first or last person to say this: the elevators we’re experiencing malfunctions during our stay. There were multiple occasions where the wait for the elevator was 20+ minutes. While I understand this was an event out of your immediate control, on a weekend with 2 major events happening and people with varying mobility, some sort of expediency in fixing the issue would make sense. We have been long time patrons and would like to remain so as everything else was excellent.

We checked in 30 minutes early they charged us 51$. Then we wanted to check out I called bellhop service for 20 minutes. No answer. I called the front desk who told me she was looking at both men at the desk talking. My husband went down and asked for them to please come up to our room and that took an additional 15+ minutes, making us late for departure time. NEVER AGAIN AT SILVER LEGACY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
