Disappointed and Uncomfortable Stay – Will Not Return I understand the business side of running a hotel, but I have to be honest—this was one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the hallway leading to my room, the smell was overwhelming and hard to ignore. I tried to push through, hoping the room would be better, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. The room was very outdated and reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the carpet had stains that looked like blood—or something just as concerning. The bathroom was also in desperate need of updates. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unacceptable. Other guests were yelling at their children late into the night, and I even witnessed a disturbing incident where a man threatened a child in a very aggressive manner. Overall, I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and disappointed. This hotel seriously needs to step up its standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and security. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

It is an extended stay hotel so it had a lot of families and was very busy. The check in took a little while, the breakfast is not like other hotels, just a muffin or granola bar. It was clean and the staff was very kind!
