We arrived on Sat night. The customer service person at the front desk was very nice. I found a spoon in our kitchen sink that was used & unclean when we enter the room. Sunday morning our toilet didn’t work & the maintenance man needed to work on toilet & they changed our room. Convenient to restaurants.

Not a good experience

Disappointing Stay – Needs Improvement I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. As soon as I stepped into the hallways, there was an unpleasant smell, which continued in my room—especially the carpet. The hot water in the shower took at least 10 minutes to heat up, which was frustrating. The walls were not as clean as they should be, and the TV was covered in dust. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.
