Do not stay here

I was supposed to stay at the property for three nights. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would have checked out the first night. Carpet torn, lampshades soiled, chair ripped and stained, drywall in the bathroom crumbling. All in all, hotel is in need of a huge remodel. The staff was very nice.

Hoping they will improve these issues

I already reviewed these comments with management. It's important to be honest in what was provided. The room had no safety rails or grips in the bathroom. A must to prevent fails, especially for older adults! Breakfast was torn down early one morning--very disappointing. The sink in the room drained very poorly. No room service unless specifically requested. We bagged up trash each day--no extra bags in bottom of cans. Had to request bags, cups, supplies and more towels each day. Lastly, I requested if possible to be on the first floor (traveling with a small dog requiring a trip outside during the night x 2). I was told all guest with pets are placed only on the 5th floor and that it was a management decision. Disappointing for middle of the night trips outside. Correcting these things would result in a much higher rating. The facility itself was nice, clean and in good location for food and shopping.

Our room had blood splatters on the bathroom wall. Our room as well had gum on the night stand. Hair in the bathroom, mold. It was a horrible stay!

My room key NEVER worked and I had to keep going down to the lobby from the 5 floor to get it reactivated. My toilette did not work properly so the had to be moved to another room. There were no toilet welds in the gym. The paper plates in the dining room were the cheapest flimsiest plates just poor presentation!!! The hotel room and hallway smelled like marijuana. The elevators were very sketchy!! Very slow and I thought that they needed to be checked for maintenance. Overall not a good experience. Hope they will get it together😢

A hotel nightmare

A toilet than flooded out to the hallway, front desk staff MIA, carpet chewed up from the floor, light switches that were a fire hazard. I can’t imagine a worse stay and for this we paid extra for dogs. Unacceptable.

While we eventually enjoyed the stay we had to do so in a 2nd room, because the 1sr had an aroma of what my wife said was cat urine. She refused to stay there so we requested and received a different room.
