Clean, parking in front of my door, office opened only between 1 PM and 9 PM... making things slightly difficult. No conditioner available, so I went to the grocery store and bought some. The fan is always on in the bathroom, and very noisy. I guess they had problems with humidity and needed to make it permanently, but the fan grill was clogged and very dirty... so pretty useless
