Location location location! We were so happy with this hotel. Rooms are gorgeous! A bit loud as you can here noise from Busy street below but it’s Italy! We have no complaints. AC and water pressure are great! Staff is lovely! Hotel is wonderful and loved this location! You can not beat this location.

This property was everything you could ask for. The safety to get inside was good, the staff was extremely attentive from start to finish. The location is very central, walkable food places, the hotel also has a transportation company you can set up with them for the airport or cruise port. Amazing experience overall.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We arrived way before check in and were greeted by the owner, she told us the history of the property and showed us where to get breakfast and where all the attractions were. Our bags were held for us and then delivered to our suite when it was ready. The hotel was a converted home and had all the Italian charm we were hoping for and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and we even made it from the Colosseum. Only negative we had was that the bed was hard and it was noisy, nothing to give a bad review about as we wanted to be in the heart of Rome and with that comes noise. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The property is amazingly stylish, fit Rome perfectly. They have coffee maker, capacino machine, fancy shower head. Lots of art and decor throughout the building. Crazily pretty old style elevator. If anything need improvement that I have to point out, it would be the shower drain need to be unclogged.
