This property was very nice. Beautiful pool, lobby, and bar was nice. The staff all but 2 Mike and GeoMarco was very very rude and unfriendly. Our last night there we came back early from the City Center (7is). We wanted something to drink but the bar was closed?? We asked at the restaurant if we could get something to drink…they said no. We went up to the desk and asked them if there was any vending machines on the property and ice machine. The man at the desk said no. I asked if he could please get us a soft drink or water from the bar area,he said no. I asked him again and the response was “and how should I do that since it’s closed ?” No apology, nothing. My sister had to take medicine with warm a sink water. There were no tissues or wash cloths, I called the front desk and they said they have neither. I have been to a lot of hotels, in various places and have NEVER heard of a hotel not having tissues let alone NO wash cloths?? Again we were spoken to extremely unprofessionally and rude. Will never recommend nor stay here again. It is a shame because your hotel is very very nice as I said above, but with the staff you have in the items you do not supply for your guests is just crazy. Hotel was nice but service could be better from the sense of customer satisfaction. For example, a couple of times reception wouldn’t respond to calls even after calling like 5/6 times in a row. Other than that the staff were all really nice. Another thing that was a bit disappointing was that they didn’t have room service which we were looking forward to. Overall the hotel and the room were great and everything was good except for slow service sometimes and the location is a little far from the center. Some points to consider, they should add tissues in the rooms as they only provide toilet paper. Also a big trash can in the hallways would be good as the trash that is in the room is pretty small and because they don’t have room service we ordered food a couple of times and needed a bigger trash, or one in the hallway to be able to throw the food and not have the room smell like food through the night. Overall good experience but could’ve been perfect if they just fix the stuff I mentioned.

The room was quiet, the balcony was nice with table & chairs. The restaurant was fabulous as was the food! The breakfast buffet was stocked full of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot foods like eggs, a green sautéed veggie, meet, beans, rice, fresh bread, fresh juice and of course coffee choices galore! The pool looked amazing although we didn’t use. We didn’t use the gym or iron our clothes in their room specifically for ironing! Staff was very professional and kind and responded very quit to the couple questions I had. Taxi’s were there within 10 minutes! And each ride was close to €10 one time more but it was a hell if a ride back to the hotel and even that was around €15. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be on the outskirts of town away from all the chaos. And there was plenty of free parking!

Hotel was nice and dinner was great. I booked because it said shuttle service was included and it was not. We ended up paying $65 (for shuttle we didn't take due to getting luggage late), $50 for replacement taxi and another $65 to go back to the airport. Front desk was going to check to see what they could do for us, since it was falsely advertised and never got back to us. They asked if we wanted a King or 2 beds and we said 2, but got a King. The hotel is nice and restaurant was good, but we would have stayed at the airport hotel if we had been properly advised that there would be a fee for the shuttle. Our flight left early the next morning. They were not timely in answering our request confirming whether or not there was a charge for the shuttle. They answered while we were on the flight there, which was too late.

Right from the moment we walked in the front desk. Staff was very attentive very helpful very accommodating. The front lobby was very clean. We got in early so our room was not ready but within 30 minutes they had a room ready for us and upgraded us. They had our luggage brought to our room. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable housekeeping. Did a wonderful job throughout our entire 14 day stay. We chose half forward because it would be convenient for us and maybe a couple of dollars along the way. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a lot of choices. I would say the only downfall on a 14 day day. Was everything pretty much was the same as far as breakfast food went but you really didn’t get bored because it was a lot of choices and what was there was delicious and well cooked. As for dinner, the majority of our stay, we ate dinner in the restaurant. I do think that most of the time the choices were well. We will get to choose between two different appetizers, two different meal choices and two different desserts every night they did rotate those so it was wonderful once again. The food was magnificent and staff was great. I do wish they had more of a menu for dinner. I would have to say the weight staff themselves where the highlightof our time in the restaurant you have a magnificent weight staff I wish more of them were permanent . The last three days, The dinner buffet we were switched to was very disappointing. But overall, I would say and highly recommend
