know the difference between 5 star and 5 star

This hotel is not a Hotel. It is a family palace with a personal experience. The owners David and Gabriella will serve you every step of the way to ensure your 5 star experience. If you are seeking the typical branded 5 star experience as defined by the hotel association then this is not for you! If you are expecting a 5 star typical traditional Tuscan experience complete with a private vineyard then this is the place like no other in tuscany. Food is homemade, service is superior, eco friendly gardens are amazing with roses and herb gardens, pool and event space is spectacular, private in room spa is unique and upscale, location to tuscany experience especially the town of Cortona is amazing and overall you could not have a better local tuscan experience. If you like the hustle and bustle of a 5 star urban densely populated hotel in the center of a city then you should stay in rome, florence or even venice. Moreover, if you are looking for a stress free, exceptional culinary experience with a tuscan family style experience then this is the place for you. It is one hour and 20 minutes north of Florence by Train. There are 22 trains a day from florence to the Torentola train station which is 10 minute from the Parco Dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa. We are owner of hotels, condos and multifamily residential projects in South Florida and therefore absolutely know the difference between quality. This is total quality! Wonderful stay! Hotel was very comfortable and service excellent. The pool was lovely and a welcome respite from the heat of the day in the city. It’s about a 30 min walk through the park into the city which we hadn’t quite appreciated but the park was a real treat so it worked out well.

5 Star Boutique Hotel close to Via Veneto

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last dozen years when visiting Rome and each time we leave racing about how amazing a stay we had and this time was no exception . The service from the front desk to house keeping to the restaurant staff ( great food ) to the service at the pool are all 5 star ! The rooms are a tiny but small but you don’t notice it as much because of the balconies . My recommendation is to ask for POOL view - it’s well worth it .

From arriving at the hotel to leaving the service from all the staff was fantastic. Always a friendly hello from everyone, concierge to waiting staff and house keeping. The breakfast buffet provided was extensive. Fresh fruit and pastries were a particular favourite of all of us. 20min walk through the park to the Spanish Steps or €10-15 Uber ride to the Trevi Fountain. Anyone wanting to mix a busy sight seeing city break with some relaxing down time around a wonderful outdoor pool should consider this hotel.

Lovely hotel away from the tourist in the city

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bedroom. View of the city on the 7th floor. Breakfast not included, but went once and it was quite basic, not a good choice, mostly cakes and sweet unhealthy stuff. Apart from that it was a nice stay.

Great spot in an upmarket suburb of Rome. Quieter than central with a lovely pool to cool down and a very nice spa facility. Breakfast could be improved with more options. Overall very nice.
