Stay in this comfortable holiday home on the Costa Tropical that is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. The spacious house offers direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool. A short distance from the property is the seaside beaches and Playa Serena golf course. Moreover, there are numerous cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the residence. A visit to the nice center of Aguadulce (15.5 km) and the impressive Castillo de Santa Ana is also very worthwhile. The residence has its own kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room on the ground floor. Below is a private garage and above that, you will find the master bedroom. On the second floor are the other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pumps and one bedroom has a small balcony/terrace for private use. From the living room, you have access to the rear of the terrace.
