The apartment is on a second floor with a lift. Each Bedroom and the Living Room have Air Conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single. It includes a parking space in another block only aprox. 250 meters away.
Its in a complex that has a Swimming Pool, with a Supermarket approximately 500 meters away and Bars, Restaurants, Beach Bars, Shops, etc.. only a few meters away. From the promenade that is just downstairs you can go towards the Port of Roquetas de Mar, with the Castle of Santa Ana. If you like cycling there is a cycle track that follows the promenade and goes for miles. One way to reach the Nature Reserve of Punta Entinas and the other going through the Port you reach Aguadulce, we are talking about more than 15kms.
The Beach is very spacious and never gets to full.
