Going in August is nice, not many people. We got to do everything we wanted without waiting. The military base near by gets load withe jets and practices. Heard the best winter time to go is February.

We loved Santa Claus’ Village. We came in late, so we had to go across the road for fast food, but breakfast was great and the cabins with sauna were very comfortable. Thank you.

If you’re into Christmas this is your place. The cabins are very clean and spacious. There are several places to eat in walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cute place with big rooms. Sauna in the room but they call it a water closet for a reason. I was surprised and sad that they didn't offer a shuttle service to / from the airport which is very close.

Comfortable lodgings but room was much too hot and thermostat unresponsive. Sauna is a great addition. Good surroundings and would look lovely in the snowy winter. Food options limited in off season and overpriced.

One night stay outside season

Family visit in April. As we were at the end of the winter season we have missed out on the most of activities what village has to offer. Also everything is at the extra cost , no activities included with Santa stay. We didn’t realise how little to do once the season is over, also little cottages are comfortable enough , but done to the minimal just to provide you basics. I personally would stay in near by A&B with more personal touches and catch a bus to the village just for a visit. Best experience in the area was “Santa Salmon” ! That is 100% a must!

Great space for the family with an extra bedroom, sauna and a small kitchen. Easy access, friendly staff and quiet. Most of the shops and restaurants close by 5 pm, including Santa visit so we missed them. Would have done some of those before check-in if we had known.

The sleds most of them are broken so I feel like they need to be replaced, the pot and pan I. The room needed to be replaced. I would like to have the room cleaned every day or at least have them pick up the trash specially since we have a baby and diapers were piling up.

Cute place to spend a couple nights if you have children. Could do a better job on the decorations and area cleanliness. Very limited dining options and since you are stuck in the area you cant venture out unless you get a service. Numerous shops everywhere ready to sell you trinkets. Rooms are basic but comfortable. I would say its a ok place to stay as long as you know its a tourist trap with basic accommodations and not really holiday/winter themed decorations.
