During the months of November to March, guests can also enjoy the outdoor hot water jacuzzi included in the price, ideal for relaxing on cooler days. Off-season, this jacuzzi can be booked in advance for a small daily supplement. There is also a practical outdoor shower and a cozy chill-out area with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor music system to set the mood for your outdoor moments. Everything is prepared to enjoy long afternoons on the terrace, savor a barbecue, or simply rest in the hammock under the trees.



Inside, the property combines rustic charm with modern amenities. With an area of 70 m², it features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a bright living room with Smart TV, indoor music system, and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso and Melitta coffee makers, perfect for those who enjoy preparing their own meals even during vacations. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed that ensures restful sleep, as well as a private sauna to complete an unparalleled relaxation experience.



The property makes available to its guests a safe, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and offers the possibility of having a crib and high chair for baby upon request. Finca Son Vent allows pets, accepting up to two small dogs weighing a maximum of three kilos with a small daily supplement, so you can enjoy your vacation in Mallorca without being separated from your faithful companions.



Thanks to its excellent location, just 4 kilometers from the picturesque town of Sa Pobla, you will have easy access to its traditional market, bars, restaurants, and local events. Upon arrival, expenses such as electricity (15 euros per day), the tourist tax, and a refundable deposit of 300 euros are paid, which is returned within a maximum of 24 hours after reviewing the condition of the house.



Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur an additional charge of 65€, and after 11:00 PM, a 100€ fee will be charged upon arrival at the property.



Possibility of renting the outdoor hot tub with a daily cost of 30€, it would be reserved for the entire stay and the reservation would be notified 1 week before arrival.



Possibility of pets, maximum 2 dogs of 3 kilos, extra of 25€ per pet and per day.
