We had 2 rooms 2 doors apart. The only problem with the first room was that the remote for one of the tv’s didn’t work. No big deal, they came and addressed it. Our second room had a terrible smell throughout. The sink in the bathroom took 10 minutes to drain and was never fixed after 3 days staying there and 2 requests to the desk to have it looked at. 1 remote didn’t work and the other was missing completely. The hair dryer didn’t work and had to be replaced. The window would open but the crank wouldn’t close the window so someone had to go outside and push the window closed. Neighborhood seemed ok until after dark when people were outside yelling and arguing with others. Made my kids uneasy. Not a great experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. As you pull into the hotel parking lot you will notice the attached closed down restaurant that looks as if it might have vandalized. It was also hard to find because the front of the Ramada sign was not there.

The Room was nice size & clean. Bed was very comfortable. The faucet knobs were reversed so the right side was hot water and left side was cold, that was the only issue in room. Staff were very nice and so helpful. Gave us phone #'s for transportation to Dow Center.
