Rooms were very outdated and need remodeling. The breakfast has very limited options and they had a hard time keeping the 2 options filled. My daughter didn’t get to eat very much because the containers were empty. They definitely need more help in their busy weekends for the breakfast shift.

Location was convenient to the college we were visiting. Area was a bit industrial but it was only for two nights and our time was spent at the college so it wasn’t a concern. There were enough food options nearby. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, pool looked like the bottom hadn’t been scrubbed regularly, and breakfast was ok. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels with free breakfasts and the quality here wasn’t that great. The coffee was weak, no hot chocolate (to my daughter’s dismay), and the hot options were minimal and really not that good. My son did enjoy their waffle maker. Overall, I would stay here again but just wouldn’t eat their breakfast.

I like the convenience of the hotel. The location is convenient to almost everything, but it was kind of noisy. I had a hard time sleeping. The traffic was noisy and people getting up early in the morning and slamming doors all down the hallway and running down the hallway at 6 o’clock in the morning kind of bummed me out because I usually like to stay at this hotel

After reserving a room three months in advance, I had a late check in due to a flight delay. The night shift clerk on duty (Mark) was borderline rude and entirely incompetent. He was unable to get the key to register so I was checked into a room without key access until the next day ( he thought it was the lock, but it was not) and I felt a bit like a prisoner.. The room smelled musty, the furniture was worn and torn ( both the armchair and the desk chair), the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and the place generally needed a facelift. I had a long stay (25 days) and for almost $4,000, I expected better. On a brighter side, the rest of the staff (Manager - Michael, day shift desk clerk - Daniel, & Maintenance - Tim) were all pleasant and professional. My son stayed there in the spring and thought it was fine (and he is discerning) which is why I canceled reservations at another place and booked the Comfort Inn. It was mistake I'm sorry to say.

I was on a business trip. The staff was friendly and professional. It’s an older facility, but they take good care of it. It had limited breakfast choices, but they were sufficient. Easy on and off the freeway access

The room was clean and comfortable and the price was good. The noise insulation in the room was not very good and you could constantly hear things outside your room very clearly. The breakfast was pretty disappointing.
