Salford quays hol inn stay

Brilliant location with excellent friendly and helpful staff. One of the best we have stayed in, cant remember any of the staffs names however they were all good. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Breakfast was goid, but can we have some mushrooms please! One minor little point thought the staff uniforms looked very shabby, room for for improvement there i think!!

Perfect stay and great location.

We arrived early at the hotel. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. Asked if we were celebrating anything special, it was my birthday. Received complimentary drink of my choice. We hadn't visited the area before and the staff explained how to get to the various points of interest in the area. We had the Cornonation Streeet tour booked and that was in easy walking distance and so was the Man United statium. The location was perfect to local bars and shopping centre. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The lobby area had comfortable seating and was clean and tidy. The bed was lovely and big and comfortable. Overall a perfect stay and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you to the staff.

It's an all round good budget hotel situated in a quieter area of the quays but near to all amenities. We've stayed here many times over the past 20 years and always look forward to returning.

Great location for where we needed to be and quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very nice, with plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Not the best value for money

I don’t think it was worth £140 for the night When checking in I had to pay for car park at a machine and ended up putting in wrong times, but they did say if I get a ticket just phone them to sort it. So waiting on the outcome I didn’t go for breakfast till 9 so bacon and sausage wasn’t fresh and bit hard I forgot my toothbrush and in my room it said just ask at reception, but they had none in stock! Best thing was the bed it was nice to sleep in.

Excellent budget hotel in a great location

Enjoyed a one night stay when going to the Coop Live Arena. The hotel is in a nice location in Salford Quays, a short walk from the tram stop, so convenient for arrival and travelling into and across Manchester. Check in was very slick. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. My room was clean (including the bathroom, which was also in good condition) comfortable (including the bed) a decent size and had a nice view of the wharf. All the expected amenities were provided. I would definitely return to this hotel in future.
