Our hotel room was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for it to be cleaned the cleaner didn’t bother to clean it and we had a small child. There were many things wrong with our room but the management was good

Hotel great location for old Trafford , rooms were fine , just couldn’t sleep due to the noise from rooms above and on same corridor , not ideal with 2 kids , apart from that hotel was decent
