Hotel is VERY run down. Not very clean the breakfast was terrible. Pool area looked like they had tried to cover stuff up with paint however it made it look like there was mud all over. The pull out couch was pretty gross. The floors had lots of hair and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Could be why there was small mold spots starting to grow on the ceiling. The sink made awful sounds when you turned the water on. Staff was nice though. I wouldn’t stay here again though it was rough!

The staff are friendly and the building is being remodeled. The plumbing was very loud and shook the whole room when a bathroom shower adjacent to ours was in use. The toilet seat was very loose and we couldn't tighten it on our own. The WiFi had a weak signal and did not work well. Our biggest disappointment was in the morning breakfast. There are not many options for food or drinks. Juice would have been nice as well as non-dairy milk.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is clearly under construction, but everything seemed dirty. The pool deck was chipping and soggy, the front lobby was torn up and multiple rugs were placed over top to cover it, there was brown paint splattered all over the shower wall, the shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so water was going everywhere, the plumbing sounded like someone was dying every time we or our neighbors took a shower, our door had a huge gap between the door and the frame so noise and light came through. Breakfast was lacking; No drinks, no yogurt, no fruit. The table we ate breakfast at was so wobbly we spilled cereal when eating. However, our room was newly remodeled and looked clean. The bed was comfortable. Furniture looked new. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t terrible.

If you are looking for Breakfast, do not go here. The picture on the website does not match what they present you. I had to take my son to Ihop to get him food instead. The room was so hot and the heat could not be adjusted so we sweated trying to sleep. There are several other hotels around to choose from.

For starters, we only had ONE good interaction with the staff there. It was a guy, but i didnt catch his name. He was really nice. Everyone else was rude and acted like everyone was inconveniencing them. Breakfast was an absolute mess. There were people there who loaded up plates of food for their friends to come over and eat. It wasnt well-organized, and the lady stocking breakfast really seemed like she hated her job. The room keys had a lot of issues with not opening the doors. The pool area is absolutely disgusting and felt like we were going to catch ebola from it. There were also people living in the hotel, which idk seemed weird to me (maybe thats just a *me* issue, though) My sister and i make this trip every year, and this is usually the hotel we stay at, because we really like the location. But theyre either under new management, or theyve gone downhill for the worst, because we wont ever stay here again. The only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because they seem to be renovating, so i'm trying to give them some grace. But this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in all my years of traveling.

Staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional and not very accommodating. The hotel is going under construction to maybe give it a facelift? Cover up the lack of care and upkeep? Who knows! The pool is gross, the water is cloudy, smells like they just pour chlorine in instead of thoroughly cleaning it. The hinge on the door is so rusted and nasty and the paint is peeling off the concrete/tile. The carpets in the rooms look so unsanitary and the whole bottom left wing seems to share the same water heater because it would not stay hot and the water pressure was terrible. It appears they slapped on a new coat of paint but didn’t fix the water leaking or something in our room because the ceiling was starting to crack over the fresh coat of paint. Beds were so hard and you could feel the body imprint in the mattress from lack of rotation or desperately in need of new beds. Don’t stay here, look elsewhere! Complimentary breakfast is so not worth it!
