We have stayed several times, this time the room was just a little less than we have had in the past. Bed was not comfortable at all. We appreciate the price and location for our needs.

The staff was nice, parking was convenient and they had free breakfast. The room looked run down, however, and the beds were horrible. Mattresses were squicky and very unconfortable.

This property stated that the bedding is a queen and it is actually a full and the bed is hard. The room smells. The room is not clean, I found other people‘s hair in the restroom and on the bedding. There was food splashed on the wall. The service is horrible. No one there speaks proper English, or can understand your request. And the worst part of it all the walls are so thin you can hear other people‘s conversations and those walking above your floor. I was not able to get an ounce of sleep. I had to file a report with the front desk representative, who eventually moved us rooms at 1 AM. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend this property to anyone overall, it was a horrible experience and not worth the money I paid. I will definitely be filing a dispute. I took plenty of pictures of the room and how dirty it was kept. I also recorded all the banging From other rooms.

Hotel owner/manager was gracious and the location was handy, but there were several issues. Traveling with a colleague for a work conference and we had the following problems: 1. First room offered really smelled like urine. They provided another room, which was fine, but then -- 2. A/C in second room did not work. 3. Coffee pot in one room was broken 4. Tub grout was moldy 5. TV remote did not work correctly so I had to use my phone to work the tv with the Roku app 6. Bathmat/rug/towel had holes in it and the bathtub was slippery (rubber mat provided, but pretty gross). 7. Most of the building was really old and worn out. Neither I nor my colleague are picky travelers, but these issues were bad, even for us.
